RE: ORDERS OF PROTECTION EXTENSION FOR ORDERS EXPIRING ON MARCH 17, 2020 THROUGH APRIL 15, 2020
Absent any individual superseding order, it is hereby ordered, that any Emergency or Interim Orders of Protection, any Emergency or Interim Stalking No Contact Orders, and Emergency or Interim Civil No Contact Orders that are set to return and/or expire on March 17, 2020 through and including April 15, 2020, is hereby extended, rescheduled and continued as set forth below.
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that Emergency or Interim Orders of Protection, any Emergency, or Interim Stalking No Contact Orders, and Emergency or Interim Civil No Contact Orders that are set to return and/or expire on March 17, 2020 through and including April 15, 2020 shall be extended, rescheduled and continued as follows:

This Order shall be entered into the Clerk's Office and LEADS for all Emergency or InterimOrders of Protection, Emergency or Interim Stalking No Contact Orders, and Emergency or Interim Civil No Contact Orders. This Order shall apply to all Emergency and Interim Orders of Protection, Emergency, Emergency or Interim Civil No Contact Orders returnable or set for Domestic Violence at 555 W. Harrison and every district court including: District 2, District 3, District 4, District 5, and District 6. All such cases shall be returnable at the regularly scheduled return time on the above referenced dates as it corresponds with the originally scheduled return court date.
DOMESTIC VIOLENCE MISDEMEANOR AND FELONY CASES
This Order shall be entered with the Clerk's Office and LEADS for all Domestic Violence misdemeanor as well as felony cases and shall be returnable and continued at the regularl scheduled return time on the above referenced dates as it corresponds with the originally scheduled court date. This Order shall apply to all Domestic Violence misdemeanor as well as felony cases returnable or set for Domestic Violence at 555 W. Harrison and every district court including: District 2, District 3, District 4, District 5, and District 6.
This Order is entered on 16th day of March and shall be spread of record and published.
