- If arrested by Chicago Police Department, client must bring copy of CPD RAP Sheet
- Obtain from Police Headquarters at 35th and Michigan in the Access and Review Division from 8 a.m. - noon
- Individuals will have to return to Police Headquarters one week later with pink receipt to pick up RAP sheet.
- Individuals will also receive a copy of their Illinois State Police report via mail
If client has 20 or more cases, the client will receive a date to return to the help desk to pick up their completed expungement and sealing petitions
